FOUNDER AND TRAINER

Former professional soccer player that graduated from the University of the Incarnate Word in 2013 with degrees in Athletic Training & Rehabilitative Sciences. During my professional career I played with 4 different professional teams and was named performance coach/player for OKC Energy in 2019.
​
I chose to start MGDynamics, to give back to my community by sharing all the information and experience I have learned and pass it on to the next generation.
